According to two new keys within iTunes metadata that were discovered by AppAdvice, preinstalled iOS apps may soon be removable.
These new keys, “isFirstParty” and “isFirstPartyHidableApp,” are able to accept either true or false values, meaning that if the “isFirstPartyHideableApp” key is set to true the preinstalled app should be able to be hidden or deleted.

AppAdvice also guessed that the deletable preinstalled apps will make their way to iOS with the release of the next version of iOS, which will presumably be unveiled at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference and be called iOS 10.
